We bought our home in Blackburn off the plan from our vendor, who had engaged Amit to build the house. To start with: the house was finished on time. Both the layout of the house as well as its "fuctional flow" (=everything is where it needs to be) work very well for our family. When we met Amit, it was great to see that he takes pride in his work. This translates into finishes and attention to detail that I consider way above standard. The two minor issues that occured after we started using the house were fixed right away and I can attest Amit to be very responsive and client oriented.
